We’ve ALL been there at some point or another in our lives. Heartbroken.
Whether the trigger was a romantic relationship gone sour, dreams shattered, or the loss of a loved one… the road back to happiness is long and gritty and hard…
Music for me has always been cathartic. It provides relief through open expression and helps me to make sense of seemingly senseless situations. Its tool to build resilience, balance (or stir up!) emotions, learn from, find hope in, and eventually, pick me up when I’m feeling down…
Music has always led to new and exciting opportunities and experiences in my life…
So I’d like to invite you to try something new with me.
And have a little fun in the process.
During 2020, I wrote & recorded an exciting new album in a very non-traditional way. Collaborating virtually with a producer in Canada – we faced technological challenges & worked across multiple time zones during a global pandemic to create what I believe is the best work of my career to date.
The songs are inspired by my own experiences – the good, the sad, the bad and the crazy. And now I want to share them with you for FREE as part of an interactive, online experience I’ve dubbed – Heartbreak Hotel!
Each day I will share music, stories & bonus content about the background and history of the lyrics, and special behind the scenes looks into the making of Breakin’ Hearts, my 4th studio album.
My hope is the words and music that make up these songs speak to you, move you, inspire you & help you connect with yourself & those around you.

A lot of artists make an album, upload it on Spotify, and go their merry way… usually print a few CDs and head off on tour for a few months, then it’s back to the drawing board…
There’s no real dialogue around the meaning behind the lyrics, or the sharing of personal stories that inspired the tracks – especially at times when touring is impossible or limited!
