Hayley Jensen Album Preorder – Gympie Music Muster Giveaway

1. Promoter Details

The promoter of this competition is Hayley Jensen TA White Dove Music (ABN 45323535184).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion for Prize 1 runs from Thursday, July 24, 2025 and entries close at 5:00 p.m. AEST on Thursday, August 7, 2025.

3. Eligibility

Open to Australian residents only.

Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions.

4. How to Enter

To enter, simply:

Preorder Hayley Jensen’s new album on vinyl or CD at the following store during the promotion period: hayleyjensen.net (full priced purchases only count)

Digital downloads & Pre-Saves/Adds do not qualify.

Merchandise bundles that include a vinyl or CD will also count as one entry per CD/vinyl purchased.

Each eligible preorder = 1 entry.

Buy more, enter more! New Orders from the Competition Start Date are included as entries. Pre-existing orders are not included in this competition.

5. The Prize

Prize: ‘Giddy Up to Gympie Muster’ Experience with Hayley Jensen

• 2 x 4-day Adult passes to the 2025 Gympie Music Muster festival (Aug 28 – 31, 2025) – valued at $1,080
• General Camping is included (no allocated spot ‘first in best dressed’). You must provide your own tent, camping equipment & supplies. You are welcome to arrive the Saturday before Muster (Aug 23, 2025) and enjoy up to 9 days of early entertainment, relaxation & fun!
• Meet & Greet, Photo & Private Acoustic Performance on site at the Muster with Hayley Jensen (date and time to be advised)
• $500 Visa Gift Card provided thanks to Chris Watson Travel to assist with the cost of travelling to and from the Gympie Muster. Any additional travel costs and arrangements are not included and are the winner’s responsibility.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be drawn via a random electronic draw tool at 7:00 p.m. AEST on Thursday, August 7, 2025.

The draw will be conducted privately by Hayley Jensen.

The winner will be contacted immediately & directly by email. Entrants are also encouraged to leave a phone number so we can reach you to advise of the win.

If the winner cannot attend, they may transfer the prize to another person by notifying Hayley Jensen within 24 hours, otherwise the prize will be re-drawn at 7:00 p.m. AEST on Friday, August 8, 2025 & at each subsequent 24 hour interval after that until a winner accepts the prize.

The prize is not redeemable for cash.

Unclaimed Prize Draw:

Prizes must be claimed within 24 hours of the winner notification (email time stamp ‘Sent’). If a winner has not claimed the prize within 24 hours, the promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw to award the prize to the next valid winner.

8. General Terms

The promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaches these terms.

If the event is cancelled, postponed, or changed for any reason beyond the promoter’s control, the promoter accepts no responsibility for providing an alternative prize.
